What you need to know before booking WithK

New Client

We ask all new clients to come 15 mins prior to service appointment to fill out all necessary paperwork and get settled in. 

Being late beyond 15mins of scheduled appointment, will result in the appointment being cancelled without refunded deposit.

Cancellation/Rescheduling

With K strives to accommodate all clients to the best of our ability. All appointments are confirmed via text or email. Please honour your appointment, if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment please do so at least 24 Hours prior to avoid cancellation fee.

NO SHOWS will be billed for the full amount of treatment Deposit is non refundable but is transferable to next appointment. 

Group Bookings 

To Secure a date and scheduled time a 25% deposit will be required

The deposit is non-refundable

Each of our services have different pre and post care information provided. Please ensure that you are familiar with what your service specific needs are to ensure you enjoy the best results possible.
